Bruce Biddle won the gold medal in the men's individual road race at the 1970 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland
In the 1972 road race in Munich, New Zealand’s Bruce Biddle finished fourth but was later promoted to third place after the bronze medallist was disqualified for a positive drug test. However Biddle was never awarded a medal and to this day does not appear on a list of New Zealand medallists. (Bruce) Biddle Racing Frames were made in Italy.- these were rumoured to have been built for Bruce Biddle by Daccordi. |
