General Information
Bertus Slesker built Presto

Much in common with Gazelle Champion Mondial A-frame. No coincidence. Bertus Slesker initially worked for Locomotief. Gazelle acquired Locomotief in '67 and after the that the Gazelle race program took really off with the legendary Champion Mondial models. Bertus built this frame for Presto. A lot resemblance with the Champion Mondial A-frame. Distinctive characteristics are:
- more filing done on the lugs
- the bottom bracket lug/shell is al little more decorative
- absence of the brake butterfly
- Presto fork
Also the A-frame normally did not come with chrome, contrasting headtube and enamelled cut outs. This was optional.
