The Raleigh Nottingham Heron and Torch Crest headbadge appeared on Raleigh models of the late 1960s to 1970.  By 1972, Raleigh had changed to the Raleigh Cycle Co. Heron Crest.

The Raleigh Cycle Co. Heron Crest Headbadge (brass variant as shown) appeared on Raleigh Nottingham models from 1972 until 1981/2 for models imported to the States.  It replaced the Raleigh Heron and Torch Crest headbadge of the 1960s - 1970. 

The image shown is the headbadge from an 1973 Raleigh Super Course.

Dyna Tech was the race devision of Raleigh bicycles. The machines were hand finished by a named mechanic and a card with the mechanic's name, photo and completion date of the machine, was supplied.
