Model General Information

At this point my Bob Jackson is undated, but I'm betting on early to mid 80's, given the tightly spaced 8 speed in back. None of the drive train components or bars/stem are original, so the current bits and pieces aren't providing relevant clues. I've sent an email to Bob Jackson Cycles with a query based upon the serial number (17303), but they would like to have a twenty pound fee for looking up the build card. So I've no idea the model, or even if this is an "off the peg" or custom frame.
