Haral were a French manufacturer based around Chambéry who seem to have specialised in lightweight bikes.

History |
In the 70s, they made mainly "standard" roadbike frames, using Vitus or Reynolds tubing and Nervex lugs. During the early '80s, they made some very pretty pursuit frames using curved Excell tubing.
