Campagnolo Record shifters used in multiple groups such as Nuovo Record and early Super Record.  These have had their center material milled out and all lettering removed from the center section of the lever.  This was a common modification of Campagnolo and other brand levers during the 70s and 80's.  The yellow paint was also a fairly common modification.  These came off of a Masi Gran Criterium.
