General Information
The Siroco seems to be a blend of both Simplex and Cyclo's designs of the 1930's -  like a Cyclo rear derailleur, the Siroco uses a dual cable.  However, the pulley actuates a plunger/rod assembly, which is similar to the operation of many of Simplex's contemporary designs.   Probably dates from the 1930s or 40s.
