Roval was manufactured by Perrin Courson.
Christoph Ulbrich: "In the early 1970 years ... Perrin et Courson bought the Pélissier brand. Considered to be the first 'factory' wheels. Their innovative design were decades ahead of its time and had obvious influence on contemporary designs. Using straight pull spokes and hidden nipples Roval wheels where available in different spoke counts as well as track or road versions. The hubs were manufactured by Maillard.
