Bottom Bracket with symmetric axle 132mm.  Some examples (if not all) had what was called a "triple grease injector" system.  Grease was injected into the hollow BB axle from one side, and then it would be pushed out during use from a hole in the center of the axle. This grease would make its way to the bearings through the plastic sleeve.
