General Information
Dropout's internal derailleur hanger with 10 mm threaded hole has two stop tabs: one at the 5 o'clock position for Huret derailleurs, one at 7 o'clock for Campagnolo-style derailleurs. Meaning of stamped "54" (both sides, see pics 5 & 6) unclear.
