General Information
When the "Italian-style" bikeframes started to become popular in England ( by Ron Kitchening and others), Davis Components made these Cinelli-style crowns. We can find them in the topline of Raleigh racers MkIV. This crown often would be referred to, as Cinelli in the leaflets, but was a simpeler look-alike.
