Barelli were a UK company that produced one of the best pedals of the 1970's and eighties' I have no idea where these cone spanners came from, but they are impressive quality and have been used constantly since the early 80's.

Produced by Geoff Chapman of Cambridge, England - even though the name suggests an Italian origin. Overall the brand is known for high quality and originally carried a lifetime warranty.
