| Spanner used to adjust rotational settings of sidepull brakes (distance of caliper arms and brake pads from the rim). The wrench fits on the 10 and 13mm flats on the nut used to hold the caliper springs, permitting the user to control the rotation of the brake mounting bolt when tightening the mounting nut and locknut on the mounting bolt. |
