General Information
The freewheel vice is used to disassemble a freewheel. The large sprocket is secured by the vice and a chainwhip is used to remove the smaller sprocket, allowing the replacement of worn or damaged individual sprockets.

Tool is marked "CyclePro (R) USA", bar is 25mm x 7.5mm x 30cm long with 6mm wide slot that starts 58mm from the end and is 105mm long (c-c). Pegs are 12.5mm diameter x 15mm with a groove intended to next into the cogs. The peg in the slot has a knurled nut on the back side that allows repositioning along the slot.

Found at the bottom of my old tool box and identified thanks to Mark Bulgier at the Classic Rendezvous google group.
