- est. in Wuppertal/Elberfeld (Germany) in 1941
- later moved to Remscheid (Germany), which is pretty close to Wuppertal - and Solingen (known for famous solid knives)
- business closed around 2005(?)
- production for same parts (e.g. pedal wrench #61) obviously continued by UNIOR
