General Information
I bought this 24.5 " Mistral as a frameset form Howes Cycles of Cambridge (England not Massachusetts!) in 1976. They are still trading. I could only afford plain black finish, having blown about 7 or 8 weeks' student living expenses on the frame. I have recently (October 2012) had the frame re-finished with a silver seat tube panel and with period-correct decals.
